What is different about it

  • The room changes the questions. Before the AI asks you anything, it has read your answer and a summary of what other people said to the same question. So what you are asked depends on the rest of the group. Other AI interview tools talk to each person on their own.
  • The group answers itself. Every so often the AI writes down where people agree and where they differ, then puts that back to everybody as a question. You can disagree with it in your own words, and the next version reads what you wrote.
  • The write-up is there while the discussion is still open. A report exists at any moment and is rewritten as answers arrive, so there is no waiting for the end. Every part of it links back to the answers it came from, and says so when somebody has since edited one.
